James Lindley
BSc (Hons), MRICS

James graduated from Greenwich University in 1986 and went straight into investment agency joining Allsops where he worked across all Sectors of the market for 12 years. After heading up the investment department at the niche practice of Blandford Goldsmith James co-founded Lindley Mortimer in 2006.

 

James deals with institutional, property company and private clients and has significant experience in the acquisition and disposal of well secured investments. More recently this has led him to working closely with South African clients and in particular assisting in the launch of a new UK investment fund for Marriott and Sequel Properties.

Bruce Mortimer
BSc (Hons), MRICS

Bruce graduated from Greenwich University in 1986 and began his working life at De Morgan and Co in general practice before transferring to investment agency. Following partnerships at St Quintin (now CBRE’s) and Millar Kitching, he co-founded Lindley Mortimer in 2006.

Bruce has worked exclusively for Habro Properties together with a number of predominantly institutional clients and more recently focussed on Lindley Mortimer’s partnership with Sequel Properties, advising FWHRE on their acquisitions program.
